AIVA is a technology tool for the automatic replication of signals generated by algorithms; it does not constitute investment recommendation, consulting or management, and it is not registered with Brazil's securities commission (CVM). Past results, including on demo accounts, do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
1. The service
AIVA is a technology tool that displays, in real time, an office of algorithmic traders operating on a demo account. Upon the user's express activation, it automatically replicates those entries in the user's own account at the broker, according to the parameters the user defines (entry amount, daily stop, daily goal, entries per minute and account type).
2. User responsibilities
The user is solely responsible for the decision to activate replication, for the amounts chosen and for the account type. A real account may only be used after accepting a specific term. The user can pause replication at any time.
3. Operational limits
When the daily goal or daily stop is reached, automation is turned off and new entries are blocked until the user activates it again. Execution depends on the broker's availability; orders may be rejected due to balance, trades-per-second limits, closed assets or instability — in those cases they are shown as "not sent" with the reason.
4. No guarantee of results
No result is guaranteed. Statistics displayed refer to past operations on a demo account.
5. Promotions and referrals
Competitions and referral programs are optional AIVA promotions. Each one states its period, its rules and its prizes, which AIVA may change, pause or end; changes apply from then on. Prizes are personal and non-transferable.
In case of abuse or attempted fraud — such as depositing and withdrawing in sequence to generate volume, fake or third-party accounts, self-referral, chargebacks, automation or exploiting system failures — AIVA may disqualify the user, remove points, deny or cancel prizes and prevent future participation, at any time and without prior notice.
